Hello
I’m glad you’re here. I’m a trauma therapist based in West Los Angeles, offering both in-person and virtual sessions throughout California and Montana. I specialize in helping individuals heal from trauma, reconnect with their bodies, and build more compassionate relationships with themselves.
Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply ready for something to shift, you don’t have to do it alone.
My Story
Welcome — I’m Rebecca

I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (CA #119099, MT #49756) specializing in trauma recovery, attachment repair, and nervous system healing. I offer in-person therapy in West Los Angeles and online therapy throughout California and Montana.
How I Work
I believe trauma isn’t just what happened to us—it’s what remains in the body. My work is grounded in the understanding that healing happens when we engage the whole system: mind, body, and nervous system.

Using an integrative, somatic approach, I draw from:

-
Somatic Experiencing®
-
Sensorimotor Psychotherapy
-
EMDR
-
Parts-based talk therapy (e.g., inner child, Structural Dissociation Model and IFS-informed work)

These modalities help you move out of survival mode and into deeper connection—with yourself and the people who matter most. Whether you’re navigating PTSD, dissociation, anxiety, or long-standing relational patterns, I offer a safe, attuned space to explore your experience at your own pace.

My Background
I hold a Master’s in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University and a Bachelor’s in Social Work from Arizona State University. Over the years, I’ve worked in crisis stabilization, community mental health, intensive outpatient and partial hospitalization programs, and trauma-focused treatment centers providing both group and individual therapeutic support.
Across these settings, I’ve supported individuals facing:

-
Complex trauma-including dissociative identity disorder (DID)
-
Attachment wounds
-
Eating disorders
-
Addiction and co-occurring mental health conditions
-
Treatment resistant depression
-
Psychosis
-
Chronic suicidality and surviving suicide attempts
I’ve seen firsthand how healing deepens when the whole person is supported with care, curiosity, and compassion.

My Approach
I offer a therapeutic relationship that is relational, somatic, and deeply respectful of your system’s innate wisdom. I believe that healing unfolds over time—and that you don’t have to do it alone.
If you’re looking for trauma therapy, somatic support, or simply navigating life in a challenging and changing world—in Los Angeles or anywhere in California or Montana—I’d be honored to support you.
